Jan. 18, 2012 - Energy management is important in the manifesting process. When it comes to success, you must manage your energy. So how are you managing your energy in the different areas of your life?
• Physically:
What is your diet and nutrition like? Does it support your energy or deplete it? Do you exercise and move your body to stay fit or do you need some assistance in this area? Are you participating in physical recreation and fun?
• Mentally:
How do you support yourself mentally? Are you optimistic or pessimistic?
How do you manage your thought energy? Do you participate in activities that are intellectually and mentally stimulating or are you on auto-pilot? Do you take time to read on subjects that stimulate growth?
• Emotionally:
How well do you manage your moods? Do you surround yourself with supportive people who energize you or are you surrounded by energy vampires that suck you dry?
• Spiritually:
Do you take time to connect with your higher power and spirit? Do you participate in ritual activities that help you feel connected such as going to church services, meditating or being in nature?
• Financially:
Are you managing your money wisely? Are you caught in thoughts of lack and limitation or do you have prosperity consciousness?
Do you show gratitude towards your money or take it for granted?
Managing your energy is your key to success. You may find that you need support to learn better energy management techniques and to create accountability to make the necessary changes that create success.
