About the Author:
Dr. Ian Newbegin is a writer and high school teacher of Mathematics. Newbegin has published study guides and scholastic journal articles. Mr. Newbegin taught karate and meditation/relaxation techniques to his students which led him to his expertise in mindfulness and its power.
