Parents are encouraged to bring their children to enjoy free services from a face painting artist and a balloon artist. FastMed will also be providing free food, drinks and ice cream. The event is for all ages and the public is encouraged to attend.
WHEN: Saturday, January 28 at 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at noon.
