The project will include the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP for Windermere Services, Windermere Oregon, and Windermere Solutions, a new technology business entity for the company. The implementation will also consolidate several disparate business systems.
As part of the project, the Resource Group will build a technology foundation to accommodate future needs focused on delivering added value to Windermere franchise owners. Other components include deploying a flexible reporting solution that will handle GAAP and cash-basis reporting, and streamlining reporting by offering more self-service tools for managers.
