Patricia Cronin from the UK has been practising yoga for 36 years

Katharine West from the UK again, has been practising yoga for 28 years.

Eria Sigtryggsdottir from Iceland and Sweden teaches a wide range of yoga to all ages, from children to seniors.

Lise Quish from Dublin was introduced to yoga from a very young age.  Her own trip to Sunflower yoga retreats centre inspired her to train and qualify to teach yoga.  

Vanessa Webb who qualified to teach in Vancouver and is another yoga teacher who learned yoga as a child.

All the above are new to Sunflower's yoga retreats centre.

Returning is Lauren Maher from USA who has vast experience of teaching in yoga centres, hospitals, her own private practice and the corporate world.  

Also Lucy Bremner, part owner with her husband Alan Scheba, will be available for yoga teaching when necessary.  Lucy now also delivers a 2 year part time Yoga Teacher Training course, details of which are available on the website.
