Jan. 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Does buying Green products make a Green janitorial service?  Not hardly!  Buying a sports car doesn't make you a race car driver.  Neither does buy a set of professional golf clubs make you a great golfer.  It takes some training and instruction to call yourself a pro in either category.

This is why the Green Clean Institute has two powerful project to bring your cleaning service up-to-speed as a Green janitorial service.  The first is our newly designed eLearning system that provides an enjoyable and effective learning experience.  Great material and included videos make this system the best in the industry.

However, nothing beats a live class; and David Thompson is one of the best in the business.  His goal is to offer live Green Technician educational classes in as many areas as possible.

The next Live Regional Class will be held in St Louis, MO on March 10th, 2012.  If you can make that class refer to the GCI page for live classes: http://www.greencleaninstitute.com/content/live-green-jan...

These one-day classes tend to fill up, but why not take your best people to the training.  At the current rate of $150 per person, it is worth the time and investment.

After the class, there is a quiz; and every student gets a beautiful certificate and a GCI uniform patch.  There is now a reason to say that your workers are truly part of Green cleaning service.

There is a difference between the companies take boast about being Green and those that achieve Green Clean Institute certification.  Time and time again, we have feedback from our members that the GCI certificate in the bid package has landed the deal.  These were cases where they winning company was not to "lowest bid" in the system.

If you want to go after the good contracts, you will eventually run into the question about certification.  What will you say when they ask, "Who certifies that your company is Green?"  At that point, you must ask what is the cost of a lost contract?  $12,000, $20,000, $40,000 or more?  Compared to the affordable education program from GCI, the choice is very clear.

Get into a GCI Green Technician class as soon as possible.  If you are a large janitorial service and would like Dave to come to your area for training, just call.  We still have openings in 2012.
