Dunstable, MA Single-Family Home Prices Rise More Than 7 Percent in 2011

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 30, 2012 - The median price of single-family homes in Dunstable, Massachusetts increased as sales decreased in 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC (http://www.buyersbrokersonly.com), an exclusive buyer agent real estate brokerage firm.

The median price of single-family homes increased 7.3 percent in 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $28,750.  Single-family home sales dropped 10 percent in 2011, a difference of two sales compared to 2010.

There was only one multi-family home sold in 2011 in Dunstable, MA, up from zero sales in the previous year.
