Hayashi & Wayland Acquires Snyder Accountancy Firm

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 13, 2012 - Hayashi & Wayland Accounting & Consulting, LLP, announced today the acquisition of Snyder Accountancy, a full service public accounting firm headquartered in Monterey, CA, with a satellite office in Salinas, CA.

Snyder, Founder of Snyder Accountancy] and his professional staff possess. David Snyder founded Snyder Accountancy in 1981 as Snyder and Associates in Monterey, CA. The Salinas office was established in 1982 and the Soledad office followed in 1989. Snyder Accountancy, the name of the professional corporation chartered in 1989, remained in operation under that name up to the present. “We are grateful for the loyalty and support our clients have given us over the years. The merger represents continued growth for Hayashi & Wayland Accounting & Consulting, LLP which was established in 1976 and is recognized as one of the largest professional services firms on the Central Coast of California. The firm currently has offices in Carmel, King City, Monterey, Paso Robles and Salinas and offers services in traditional accounting and consulting, as well as retirement plan services.
