Riverstone Residential Group Names Heather Straub Vice President, Operations Florida Region

Jan. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Dallas, TX -- Riverstone Residential Group, one of the largest privately-owned, third-party multifamily property management companies in the United States, has named Heather Straub Vice President, Operations Florida Region. Straub brings 20+ years of extensive property management experience to her new role with Riverstone.

Straub will work with a team of five regional managers and assist in the oversight of forty Florida communities totaling over 10,000 units. In addition, she will play an active role in new business development for Florida.

Straub’s expertise spans portfolio management acquisitions, dispositions, property repositioning, and renovations. Prior to joining Riverstone, Straub served as Vice President of Operations for the Bainbridge portfolio located in the Southeastern U.S. and was instrumental in the growth and development of their property management operations.  Previously, she was a Regional Manager for Trammell Crow Residential Services in South Florida with oversight of 5,100 units. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and has served on the board of directors for the Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Apartment Associations.
