By considering both quantitative sales figures and qualitative performance within the office, including recruitment and leadership activities, George Papalexandratos calculated a sales performance index for each professional within the company over the month of December. Don Werner, with 48 total points, was the highest performing member of the team over that time period and was recently awarded with the iPad 2. Honorable mentions went to Joseph Denny and Andrew Parry, for coming in 2nd and 3rd places, respectively.
