emsCharts, Inc. Hires Ryan Regan as Technical Support Specialist

Jan. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- emsCharts, Inc. announced this week that Ryan Regan has been hired as Technical Support Specialist for their line of Emergency Medical Services software.  Ryan worked formerly for Allegheny R&D, Inc. supporting their Emergency Medical Mobile Assistant (EMMA) software.

Ryan joins emsCharts, Inc. this week with eleven years of experience in emergency medical software deployment, installation, and support.  Similar to the emsCharts suite of software, Allegheny R&D’s product, EMMA, was a computer software system that collected, stored, distributed, and reported information pertaining to an ambulance run.  Allegheny R&D officially closed its doors on December 30th, 2011, a little over a year after their founder, Michael Coleman, passed away.

“Ryan comes to us with incredible depth of knowledge and experience from his years as lead software support technician for EMMA,” says emsCharts President Pete Goutmann of Regan.   “He has an outstanding reputation among the EMMA customer base, and we’re so pleased that he’s able to continue his service with emsCharts and our clients.”  Goutmann continues, “Many EMMA users are switching to emsCharts after the unfortunate end to Allegheny R&D.  With Ryan as a part of our team, we’re hoping that it adds a level of familiarity and comfort as they transition.”
