Just Desserts of Wakefield is moving to Calaresso’s Farmstand and Garden Center in Reading

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 12, 2012 - After operating a store front for 15 years in Wakefield, Pastry Chef and owner Patrice Pullo has announced she will close her Wakefield storefront at the end of December and merge with Calaresso’s. Just Desserts has developed a loyal following who have admitted their excitement with the merge. “People are pressed for time and value convenience. They also value affordable quality products and with this merge we’ll be able to offer our quality products conveniently,” said Pullo in a statement regarding the merge.
The strategic move will support and enhance Just Dessert’s business growth without a lot of the financial stress most businesses experience. The new location will be in a brand new space on Route 28 directly off the highway. There are many challenges small businesses face, so when the opportunity to move to a high visible location and the chance to lower their overhead cost was presented to Pullo, she had to grab it. “With the lower overhead costs, we’ll price our products more competitively and with the opportunity to cross promote our products, this will be a win/win,” stated Pullo.  Just Desserts will still offer their special occasion and holiday cakes their customers faithfully order, and they’re curious to see what other business requests will develop with their new customer base.  “We’re excited for the chance to be part of a great family business and look forward to developing new relationships.”    
Calaresso’s is anticipated to open in early spring of 2012.
