Visitors will find the essentials needed for online booking with an easy-to-use navigation. “Simplicity is key,” says Strayhorn. Travelers can browse tours, edit their shopping cart, and make a reservation in just a few steps.
“We have two goals: to continue to be Hawaii’s most innovative tour company, and to provide the best customer service to our guests,” says Eagle Strayhorn. “The mobile site launch achieves both. It is just one of many initiatives we’re making in 2012.”
