Belfast Girls has had around fifty reviews to date on Amazon, etc. and since March, 2011 has been consistently in the Amazon bestsellers Top 100 in Women's Literary Fiction – regularly in the Top Ten – and also in their Top 100 for Contemporary Romance and Literary Fiction.
Gerry was born and brought up in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and currently lives in Co. Down. She is married to author, media producer and musician, Raymond McCullough, and they have four children. She has a distinguished reputation as a short story writer – her story, Primroses, winning the Cuírt International Literary Award in Galway, in 2005.
Danger Danger, was published by her husband, Raymond's new publishing imprint, Precious Oil Publications, who have recently launched several new titles.
