Women’s Survivor Series Self Defense Program by Capital Defense Int.

Jan. 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Worcester, MA – Personal safety has become an issue of importance for everyone, but especially for women. Every woman should know some basics techniques to protect herself in case she ever finds herself in a hostile situation.

This two-hour Survivor Defense Series class is designed for women and teens over 16 and covers:  Brachial Stun, Key Break Falls, Small Joint Manipulation, Close Chokes, Ground Escapes, Elbows, Eye Gouge, Ground Knees, Face Rip, Ground/Wall Defense and Softening Techniques/Distracters.  

The Survivor Self Defense Series is a unique self defense system developed by Capital Defense Int. and developed by seasoned and elite members of the US military.
