Announcing the Ride Fit™ Training Guide - bringing added value to a rapidly growing customer base

Since launching the Ride Fit series in November 2011, sales have been made to customers in eleven different countries spanning every continent except for Antarctica.  Feedback from these customers has resulted in the development of the Ride Fit Training Guide, which can now be downloaded along with purchased training videos.   This training guide brings together valuable information on such topics as video playback options, the setup of the customer’s indoor cycle bike or trainer, how to get multiple training experiences from the same Ride Fit training video, and the use of heart rate monitors and heart rate training zones.
