Romantic Valentine's Day Packages at The Chattanoogan hotel

The Roses are Red Valentine’s Package includes deluxe overnight accommodations at Chattanooga’s premier hotel; a gourmet four-course dinner for two in the hotel’s Broad Street Grille; delicious breakfast for two in Broad Street Grille; valet parking; late check-out; unlimited use of the hotel's health and recreation facilities; and service charges.  The package price starts at $254 per couple, and is available on Friday, February 10; Saturday, February 11; and Tuesday, February 14.

The Violets are Blue Valentine’s Day Package is for couples who would like to experience the best of The Chattanoogan.  The package includes luxurious accommodations in The Chattanoogan’s Presidential Suite; a romantic candlelit dinner for two in the Presidential Suite; a bottle of champagne after dinner; breakfast in bed the following morning; a dozen long-stem red roses; late check-out; valet parking; unlimited use of the hotel's health and recreation facilities; and service charges.  The package starts at $669 per couple, and is available from Friday, February 10 – Saturday, February 18.

Additional romantic enhancements, such as chocolate-covered strawberries, wine or champagne in the room upon arrival, and fresh flowers, are also available to complement both packages.

On Friday, February 10, Saturday, February 11, and Tuesday, February 14, Executive Chef Matt Pinner and his talented culinary team will serve couples a delectable Valentine’s Day Dinner in Broad Street Grille.  The meal begins with an incredible Antipasto Table Display that includes House-Smoked Shrimp, Beet Gazpacho Shots, Classic Caesar Salad, Farm House Cheese, Cured Imported Charcuterie,  Roasted Lemon Garlic Hummus, and Roasted Red Pepper Hummus.  A refreshing Blood Orange Champagne Sorbet will follow the first course.

     Delicious entrée selections include Slow Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Bacon-Horseradish Braised Brussel Sprout Leaves, Smoked Onion Demi Glace and Herb Yukon Potato Puree; Grilled Chicken Breast with Creamy Asparagus Polenta, Arugula, Roasted Oyster Mushrooms and Mustard Lemon Cream; and Chorizo Crusted Gulf Grouper with Julienne Mustard Green Crab Saad and Citrus Orzo Risotto.

Broad Street Grille’s decadent Dessert Table  will feature an Orange Scented Chocolate Waterfall with Rice Crispy Treats, Miniature Cookies, Brownies, Cheesecake Squares, Pound Cake, Angel Food Cake, Fresh Fruit, and an amazing assortment of Dessert Shots.

The Chattanoogan Spa will feature romantic offerings for couples seeking additional relaxation and pampering.  From Friday, February 10 – Sunday, February 19, the Couples Massage Room will be available for couples to enjoy nurturing services together followed by champagne or wine.  Other special treatments offered for the holiday are Chocolate Rose Facial, Sugar Sweet Body Scrub and the Wine & Roses Manicure and Pedicure.
