Al Snapp has always loved good food. As a result, he was a big person and was borderline diabetic for most of his life. At 18 years old, he was 225 lbs. At the age of 55, he suffered a heart attack as the result of his lifestyle and poor eating choices. He recognized he would be a heart patient for the rest of his life.
