I have one other hoodie, but this one goes from the dirty laundry pile, to the washer & dryer, to my back. It never seems to hit the closet. This is a rather light weight shirt, perfect for fall weather with maybe a light jacket for wind protection. Inside you can turn the heat down a few degrees and then wear a shirt of this weight. The colors are great and haven't faded after maybe 10 washes. The XL does seem just a tad small, or maybe I'm just a tad larger than in the past. It is long enough for the taller person. I have to fold the bottom cuff under as I'm only 5' 7" and it feels long otherwise. I'm very happy with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to order again in different colors. Oh, it also has 2 front pockets, perfect for a phone, keys, and whatever.
Very good, smooth and warm cloth.Perfect choice for September weather.
Pockets are little unsafe in terms of carrying mobile phone, keys, etc...

It fits great - maybe slightly large, but I think once through the washer/dryer it will be perfect.

The weight is heavy enough that you know it's a quality sweatshirt, without being too thick that it's uncomfortable. Very soft.

The color and print are trendy, without being too much for a 40-something...
Sweatshirts in general tend to bunch up about the waste, and this shirt seems rather slim-fitting to me for sweats. The hand pouch adds some extra fabric there, but that's unavoidable.
My daughter loves quality warm clothes. She asked for a "warm hooded zip-up sweatshirt", this year for Christmas. I chose the vintage rose because it is so pretty, yet still fitting with the style and function of the sweatshirt. She LOVES the color. She normally wears a 'Medium', and that's what we bought. The size is perfect to wear over her normal (warm) layers, and of course doesn't shrink at all. This is now a 'staple' in her small wardrobe, and she wears it nearly every day!
