Softland International leases 16,000 square feet in Windsor Mill

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 9, 2012 - Softland International has signed a lease for 16,000 square feet at 7120 Ambassador Rd, Windsor Mill, MD in the Rutherford Business Center.

Cushman & Wakefield leasing agent Kyle Durkee represented the tenant in this transaction. Richie Blue and Paul Obrecht, III of Blue & Obrecht, represented the landlord, First Industrial Realty Trust.

Softland International, a division of Allegro Media Group, is the exclusive distributor of audio and video entertainment products to the Marine Exchange Service (MCX) as well as to a number of other retail operations managed by other branches of the Armed Forces. They are relocating from their current location at 10715 Red Run Blvd in Owings Mills.
