PRLog - Jan. 9, 2012 - CAMPBELL, Calif. -- The timeless music of the sixties is remembered for the discovery of such greats as Elvis Presley, Buck Owens and The Rolling Stones, to name a few.
These early collections and 45’s have been lost to some but no longer thanks to www.goldenoldiesmusic.com the new website making it easy to find and purchase many classic collections and single 45’s.
Tom Guarino is the owner of www.goldenoldiesmusic.com and he is bringing people a lot of happiness returning them to their love of this treasured musical time by locating hard to find recordings in forms of vinyl and rare 45’s.
Tom had his early beginnings in music, servicing juke boxes for his father in law who had a route of about fifty machines around the Baton Rouge area. The machine companies would usually collect a vast amount of old used 45 rpm records that had been replaced with newer releases.
Tom Guarino decided it would be a good idea to open a store to sell both the used and new release records and opened his own store called Sammy's Record Shop on the corner of North Street and Acadian Thruway in North Baton Rouge. Tom was first a manager and then he purchased the store and stayed with the same name. The timing was right and 45 records were in great demand in all genres.
Golden Oldies Music is the remaining inventory listed of forty years of collecting. The website appeals to the baby boomer music lovers and collectors of rare musical artists and performances that traditional media sources do not make readily available to the general public.
The fun and helpful web portal makes browsing the classic music simple and ordering easy as well.
