PRLog (Press Release) -
Jan. 9, 2012 - Recently Ms. Chiara began working on 36 inch x 36 inch canvases and found that the work flowed out of her like freon flowing out of a punctured ridge of a dorm size refrigerator freezer when hit with a hammer and screw driver. So she began stretching and gessoing the canvas and uses the images that come to her mind and brings the oil paint to the canvas with 1/2 inch flat brushstrokes. Most of her paintings are of a personal nature and have stories connected to them. She sends the image with the story in a weekly email. Ms. Chiara finds this to be one of the most motivating and satisfying ways to keep connected to people through her artwork. She looks forward to being invited to exhibit all over the world, however for now she is extremely happy with her "online weekly art show". To be invited to the “online weekly art shows” visit
http://www.cchiara.com. The latest painting she showed was titled My Hair. It is 36 inches x 36 inches and is oil paint on canvas. To read the story behind the painting one needs to request the email as she does not currently have an archive set up for others to access but will gladly respond to your request.
