Kassler is a professional project manager and looks at God's mission in the Bible from the perspective of a Goal-Driven project. What challenges may God have had and what did He do to resolve them? What challenges lie ahead and need to be addressed? It's a fascinating topic and the book lays it out with simplicity. You don't need to know anything about managing a project to follow along.
The book looks at the Bible from Genesis to Revelation and exposing the plan for the cataclysmic events that are commonly referred to as the end of the world. It is easy to read.
The book draws its title from a quote from Isaiah where God declares that He knew the end from the beginning of time. There are very interesting choices that Kassler makes in the book to drive home his views on the biblical end of days. He openly discusses that there will be food shortages and low wages drawing similarities to modern times of high unemployment and job shortages. Perhaps the End Times may be right around the corner? More interesting is his viewpoint on how to survive those days.
In all the book is very well crafted with good cover art and it should be an excellent read for 2012 as people are interested in the topic of the end times.
