On an ordinary day, while their parents are out, Wesley uses his father’s new chip in the robot he is building for the school science fair. Upon installing the chip a combination of cell phone signals and an unusual meteor storm occur and create an anomaly with the robot; Wesley, Macy, their dog Pugston and Macy’s best friend Ashley are teleported to another planet in another galaxy.
Left with no choice, the teens are compelled to help the Soleriens in their struggle with tyranny in order to get themselves back home. Will they survive the perilous catacombs, creatures, and Tojinian guards? Will they turn on the defensive shield and make it home alive?

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:  On a warm summer morning in 1962, G. R. Holton was born in a small town in Massachusetts and is the second eldest in a family of eight children. He is happily married and living in eastern Tennessee. He has two daughters, a son, a step-daughter and a step-son and is also the proud grandfather of four beautiful girls.
One night, after days of not being able to come up with a story to write, he had a dream of three teens on another planet and in a cave. This was it; he knew what had to be done. He sat down at the computer and over the course of three months he had written his first book, “Soleri”.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR: I woke up one morning and decided to give play time to the people in my head who were keeping me awake. Little did I know that they would be so relentless and want their time right now! I wrote for the pure joy of it and to entertain my family and friends. But mostly it was to get more than an hour of sleep without a story playing out. Of course, the more I write, the more they want. I have been married to my very best friend Sonny for at times seems several lifetimes – in a good way, honey.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Mary Ting resides in Southern California with her husband and two children. She enjoys oil painting and making jewelry. Writing Crossroads was a way to grieve the death of her beloved grandmother. It was inspired by a dream she once had as a young girl.

He earned his English and teaching degrees from the University of Michigan-Flint and his master's degree in educational leadership from Eastern Michigan University. He and Jennifer, his wife of twenty-five years, live in Davison, Michigan. Torey and Teryn are their two children.
