According to the new owners, Condesa coffee is determined to become the community coffee shop of choice in the vibrant historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta, a neighborhood recognized by New York Times as “a cradle of culinary and artistic innovation.”  They plan to contribute to building a strong local community by bringing people together and using local resources and ingredients.

They buyers also plan to extend the current operating hours and add beer and wine to the establishment.  Amin Rida and Octavian Stan, the new Condesa owners are both PhD graduates from Georgia Tech.  Both have experience in the coffee industry.
