New series of classical Viniyoga starts in mid-January

Christmas brought its own indulgences, as usual, so for me this is a good time to start a new series of classes which will benefit my students and help re-establish a rhythm which includes the essential element of caring for yourself in a deeply beneficial way.

"This year I am going back to the format of a series of six classes. The series will cost €75 if you book your place and pay at the first class, which is on Wednesday 18 January at my usual venue, St Patrick's Recreation Centre on Church Road. I'm looking forward to seeing my old friends and some new faces too."

€40 for three classes sharing — split with a friend
€13 drop-in class — only if there are spare places

These are gentle yoga classes suitable for men, women and teenagers. Special emphasis on breath in asana to create a rounded practice which both calms and energises.

This is the classical Indian yoga which reaches deep into the body and psyche to create a state of physical and mental wellbeing and health.
