Quest CE Promotes MacKenzie Nold to Account Executive

Jan. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Quest CE, premier provider of insurance continuing education and FINRA firm element training, is pleased to announce the promotion of MacKenzie Nold to Firm Element Account Executive. In her new role, Nold will take on the responsibility of retaining and growing Quest CE’s client relationships through additional product sales and upholding Quest CE’s one of a kind, industry leading customer service.

Nold graduated from Marquette University with both a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In August 2010, she joined the Quest CE team as a dedicated Client Relationship Specialist. In this position, Nold oversaw client NAIC and Providership Administration program support, provided online product and services demonstrations, and was responsible for the successful launch of client training programs. Through her position as Client Relationship Specialist, Nold quickly perfected the Quest CE business model and provided exceptional customer service to both clients and prospects, ultimately preparing her for her promotion to the Quest CE Account Executives team. Nold will continue to fulfill some of her previous duties while expanding her role to include enhancing Quest CE’s Firm Element client relationships, updating informational databases, and promoting value-add products and services.

A Milwaukee local, Nold enjoys dining in the city’s newest restaurants and discovering the array of eateries Milwaukee has to offer. She also enjoys spending her free time listening to diverse musical talents and heading to the theater to catch a movie.
