Investment Expert Jon England Joins Lee & Associates Kansas City

Jan. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate providers, announced that real estate investment expert Jon England has joined the offices of Lee & Associates Kansas City as a principal.
   “We couldn’t be more excited about Jon’s addition to our team,” said Nathan Anderson, managing principal of Lee Kansas City. “His expertise in investment sales, self storage, mobile home parks and strategic counseling will add a tremendous component to client services.”
   England, who started his real estate career in 2001 with Kansas City-based Meyer Companies Inc., was a top producer in the Capital Markets Division of Cassidy Turley before joining Lee. He is also the only Missouri broker who is a member of the prestigious Society of Exchange Counselors, a national “invitation only” real estate group that meets six times per year that Jon attends on behalf of his clients. At Meyer Companies, England was involved in site acquisition, ground up development, construction, lease up, and sale of numerous office, retail and industrial projects.

   A member of SEC and CCIM, where he is also a board member of the Kansas City CCIM Chapter, England is a graduate of Univ. of Nebraska-Lincoln where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
