Jan. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Southwest Florida  –  (January 3, 2012) Jebco Ventures, a Family Dollar developer, purchased 1.09 acres of land located at 12501 S. McCall Road in Port Charlotte, Florida for $275,000.00.  John Mounce and Jason Sepanski, CCIM, CLS of LandQwest Commercial, represented the seller, OREO Corp. of Ohio, in this transaction.  Clint Conway with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group represented the buyer.
