Marriott To Open Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel In San Diego, California

Jan. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE-MAR; http://www.marriott.com) is scheduled to open the 123-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in San Diego, California this Thursday, January 5, 2012.  Located at 3900 Old Town Avenue, the former Holiday Inn Express San Diego Old Town will operate as a Marriott franchise owned by affiliates of Clearview Hotel Capital of Newport Beach, California and managed by Interstate Hotels and Resorts of Arlington, Virginia. The Courtyard San Diego Old Town, which is located one block from the Fairfield Inn & Suites property, is also owned by affiliates of Clearview Hotel Capital and managed by Interstate Hotels and Resorts.


Located in historic Old Town and four miles from the San Diego International Airport, the hotel offers guests convenient access to Old Town State Park, Balboa Park - home of the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld San Diego, downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp Quarter.  Rates begin at $149 per night.
