Dec. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- Canby Asparagus Farm’s Casa de Tamales cooking class,  The Art of Making Tamales will be held Monday, January 9, 2012 at 12:00 Noon and a second class is available on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 7:00 PM. This is a hands-on cooking class that will last approximately 3 hours. The location of the cooking class is at Canby Asparagus Farm's Casa De Tamales, 10605 SE Main St., Milwaukie, OR 97222, (503)654-4423.

Dates: Monday, January 9, 2012 - 12:00 Noon and Tuesday, January 10, 2012 - 7:00pm

Cost: $125/per person

Class Choices:
•   Chicken, Pork or *Vegetarian
•   Red or Green Sauce
•   Monday January 9, 2012 or Tuesday January 10, 2012

*In order to have a truly vegetarian end result, the class for the Vegetarian option will be held at the end of the Monday Chicken/Pork Tamale Class. We estimate the start-time for the Vegetarian Tamale Class to be 3:30pm, Monday, January 9, 2012.
