He show me the car invoice, explained every numbers and patiently answered all my questions/offers. Ron had made my car-buying experience very smooth and easy. He also helped me to get a good deal on my Titan. Moreover, Ron personally inspected the truck before he handed me the key and went over with me everything about my Titan such as helped me to setup blue-tooth, etc... After test driving the Honda CRV and the Toyota RAV 4 and Highlander, I ended up buying a 2008 Nissan Rogue a week later which is perfect for my budget and me. The added bonus? He's a perfect salesman, who knows what we are looking for and what kind of vehicle we need. After showing few new and used Nissan cars, we finally picked our car. Next come to the color choice, where we were confused of making our selection, but Lorin gave us some suggestions which helped us to pick our final color and the most important was that my husband liked the color. Finally, we drove in our new car. Must say that Lorin was the best salesman, and in future if we are looking for a car we will go back to Nissan Elk Grove and ask for Lorin. We have raised kids, purchased a few homes, but never owned a new vehicle. This was an important purchase for us and one we didn't take lightly. I was mildly impressed to very disappointed in the well over 15 dealerships I visited from Elk Grove to Roseville. Roseville Auto Mall is a Joke.. The Sales teams there are like vampires looking for a meal.. I will never return to Roseville Auto Mall.. Horrible experiences across the board. Which was good because we found our car closer to home and prob. the finest Dealership In Nissan Of Elk Grove I've ever been in.. I found my way back to Elk Grove and decided to stop into the Nissan Dealership there.. I walked in and was kindly greeted by a gal at the desk with an honest smile and genuine request on how she could assist me. Hmm.. Refreshing..... So far so good.. Went Is a professional and made me feel like a welcomed customer and dare I say family member of Nissan of Elk Grove. I and my Wife were treated with excellence not often seen today in any company. I'm a business owner and in a prior profession was a trainer and manager of some of the finest sales folks I've ever worked with. I know perfection when I see it.. Nissan of Elk Grove has what it takes to ensure you are provided with the utmost care and service when choosing your new or used car. Their finance team "Grant Salge" in particular was a joy to work with. Buying a car often can be stressful... I will tell you that is not the case at Nissan of Elk Grove. You will be treated like family... In a good way.. Professional, Honest and with integrity. It is because of the experience we had with A.J. Went, Sal Escorcia, and Grant Salge we will Always send our family and friends to NISSAN of Elk Grove... You simply need not look anywhere else.. Thanks again gents and especially you A.J....
