Fitness Entrepreneur and Consultant Nick Berry Hits Amazon Best Seller List With “The Fit Formula"

Dec. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Nick Berry, co-owner of multiple businesses within the fitness industry, including The International Youth Conditioning Association, recently joined a select group of the world’s leading health and fitness entrepreneurs to co-write the book titled, The Fit Formula. The book was released by CelebrityPress™ - a leading fitness and health book publisher.

The Fit Formula was released on Thursday, December 15th, 2011 and features top advice from health, fitness and wellness experts from across the globe on the subjects of total body health, fitness and nutrition.
