Quest’s Member Service department, available 24/7, is able to assist Spanish-speaking callers through onsite staff or translation services. The secure Work/Life balance website, where users can access wellness, health assessments, videos and interactive behavioral health features, is available in both English and Spanish.

Started in 1997, Quest Behavioral Health administers behavioral health plan benefits and provides employee assistance programs for more than 120,000 employees in the Mid-Atlantic region through a network of 1,100 credentialed providers.
