Fashion designer Gerardo Cicalese will design t-shirt for the Italian-American singer Lucya Russo. New emerging Italian fashion designer Gerardo Cicalese  is a graduate in Industrial Design for Fashion at the Faculty Architecture Naples.
He also designed 3 limited edition t-shirts for MISS GREAT BRITAIN 2010 finalists.
