NFL Veteran and founder of his namesake foundation, Ryan Nece, serves as the Honorary Champion of the 2012 ceremony. Following six years playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and a stint with the Detroit Lions, Mr. Nece then turned to the community to give back and enhance the quality of life of those truly in need. Son of NFL Hall of Fame safety Ronnie Lott, Nece founded the Ryan Nece Foundation in an effort to increase his extensive community service efforts in the Tampa Bay area. He has designed a Good Samaritan Program and launched the Power of Giving campaign to encourage individuals to make a powerful impact on their community.
