Elinext Group Annual Staff Meeting Takes Form of a Conference

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 26, 2011 - On December 20, Elinext Group developers and other European staff members gather to discuss the new strategy and approaches in software development for the unique outsourcing model of the company as well as to sum up the results of the past year and get insights into the company’s strategy for the years to come.

The first presentation is made by Dr. Khoa Nguyen, Elinext Group founder and leader. The presentation includes his vision of the company’s future and prospects for the developers in the coming years and sustainability strategy. The second speaker is Vladimir Antonovitch, Elinext Group Chief Technical Director, who follows up with the Elinext Group 2011Annual Report. Eugene Grinkevich, Elinext Group Business Development Director presents a Sales Report for year 2011. Serge Morozov, Eligraphics Studio Director wraps up with a message on game and movie development including a brief presentation of future plans to publish digital media content.

The unofficial part involves screening of a new trailer for Eligraphics Studio, a 30-minute open microphone Q&A session and a traditional X-mas lottery for the Elinext Group employees.

“The annual staff meeting is a huge success. It is not often that we have an opportunity to sit together and work out a common perspective that is shared by each and every employee of the company,” says Ilya Haliashevich, Elinext Group Business Development Manager and the get-together host. “In fact we encourage employees to share their thoughts on how the company should run.
