Montana Grass-fed-finished Scottish Highland Beef & Shetland-Icelandic Lamb Meat

Dec. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- We are a small family farm raising Scottish Highland Cattle and Crosses and Shetland-Icelandic Sheep. We  sell grass-fed-finished beef and lamb. Range animals consuming their natural diet are high in healthy omega fatty acids and CLA. Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids are not only good for you, they play a vital role in every cell and system in your body. CLA is present almost exclusively in ruminant (grass fed) animals. All the beef is USDA inspected through Montana Quality Foods, less than 1 mile from the farm, so there is minimal to no stress to these animals before processing.
