Businesses dealing with fatty waste should have grease traps installed and regularly maintained or where appropriate have biological dosing systems.

But regardless of the amount of fat, oil and grease you are disposing of, be sure to dispose of it properly. Plumbing problems become a silent, stinky and expensive Grinch.
