"The new incentive packages will save buyers money by giving them more options during the building phase to create the ultimate, customized home. Environmentally friendly features such as Energy Star-certified appliances are standard in both the townhouses and single-family homes. "Our standard features are really nice, and the upgrades allow homeowners to add their own flair," added Bowcock. Currently, Walters is completing Building 10 at Whispering Hills, comprised of six units including four Heather units, which are still available. The building is slated for completion in the spring 2012. When built out, Whispering Hills will encompass 107 townhomes, 99 single-family homes, and 52 apartment units.
