2nd Annual Untying Valentine's Knots - Releasing Stress February 12, 2012 7:30-9:30pm

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 23, 2011 - Los Angeles - Hypnotiq Solutions announces the 2nd annual "Untying Valentine's Knots" Sunday February 12, 2012 7:30-9:30pm. This singular celebration of self will be held in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Atwater Village at Hypnotiq Solutions Studio 3058 1/2 Glendale Bvld, 90039. An event to release and let go of the pressure or stress surrounding Valentine's Day and life in general. Taking a moment to engage in self soothing behavior, giving yourself permission to relax and breath. Adriana Franco, CHt, Rachel Hardy LMT and Thea Pueschel, CHt to offer 10-15 minutes mini- massage, Reiki and HypnoArt sessions.

"Untying Valentine's Knots" is a community based event and open to the public. This is an evening of fun and relaxation. It is recommended to arrive on time in order to try all modalities. This is a free event, to engage the public  in mindfulness and opening themselves to self soothing behavior.

Adriana Franco, CHt of Mind Body Therapy will be providing Reiki. Rachel Hardy, LMT of Bodywork by Rachel  will be providing chair massages . Thea Pueschel, CHt of Hypnotiq Solutions will be providing a mini-HypnoArt Workshops supporting self value, creativity and relaxation.

Hypnotiq Solutions Studio is located behind Dave's Accordion School 3058 Glendale Blvd, enter from Hollydale Drive.
