Save the date for the 2012 Haute Prom Expo and Fashion Show

Dec. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- Birmingham, AL, December 22, 2011—In an effort to make prom planning easier for local families, Prom i20, LLC. is hosting the 2012 Haute Prom Expo event to take place on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 3 p.m., at the Boutwell Municipal Auditorium.

The 2012 Haute Prom Expo will benefit two local organizations. Ten percent of ticket sales will benefit the North Central Alabama Susan G. Komen for the Cure. In addition, there will be a special prom dress drive, benefiting the Operation Prom Dress Project.

Vendors will be onsite to take appointments, place orders and showcase dresses, tuxedos, make-up, etc. The goal of the expo is to serve as a one stop shop for all your needs for prom. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and greet Miss Alabama and Miss Alabama’s Outstanding Teen.

“We want this event to grow into an annual tradition of one-stop, prom planning for local families,” said Prom i20, LLC. Owner  Quella Hardwick. “We’re hoping to make planning easier for families by bringing the vendors together in one location.”

To help make this year a success and grow the event, we invite you to participate in this fundraiser in whatever way works best for you.

1. Participate in sponsorship by choosing to have your company’s information be seen on our website, posters and in the Haute Prom Expo program booklet.
2. Participate in advertising in the Haute Prom Expo program booklet.
3. Participate by donating a raffle item to the event where your company’s information will be presented with the item at the event.

All opportunities reach out to an audience who is looking for 2012 trends in fashion and style, hair and accessories as well as provide support to our beneficiaries. Tickets are $10in advance and $15 at the door. V.I.P tickets are also available for $20. Hors d'ouevres and one nonalcoholic beverage included with V.I.P admission.
