California Skilled Nursing Facility Sold by Shep Roylance of JCH Consulting Group, Inc.

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 22, 2011 - Shep Roylance, principal of West Coast's Premier Senior Housing and Care Facility Brokerage Firm, JCH Consulting Group, announces the $6.2M sale of Elim Alzheimer's & Rehab, a 99 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Fresno, California. Mr. Roylance, the listing agent for the entire Elimcare portfolio, represented both the seller, Elimcare Inc., and the buyer, an undisclosed investment group, in this transaction.  The new lessee/operator is Country Villa, the premiere name in California Healthcare Centers state-wide, who will be renaming the acquired facility, North Point Villa. The Fresno facility will be Country Villa's third in Central California, and their first facility in Fresno. Escrow closed on December 7th 2011.

Shep Roylance's brokering of this facilty, leaves only one 44 bed stand-alone Alzheimer's facility remaining in the Elimcare, Inc. portfolio.
