GALLINA LLP Leases Class-A Space in Downtown San Jose

San Fernando Street to 60 S. Market Street. The firm, headquartered northeast of Sacramento in Roseville, has been in operation since 1972. Marne Michaels, Senior Vice President with Colliers International, and Mike Mordaunt, Senior Vice President with CresaPartners, represented GALLINA LLP in the 81-month lease. The building, which is located at the corner of S. Market Street and Post Street in downtown San Jose, is comprised of 15 stories and totals 226,951 square feet of Class-A office space.
