U.S. Patent Office Affirms Rejections of Arlington Industries’ ‘831 Duplex Patent

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office recently affirmed rejections of Arlington Industries’ ‘831 Duplex Snap-In product patent that was on appeal with the office.  The inter partes reexamination proceeding was requested by Bridgeport Fittings, Inc.

The decision on appeal confirms Bridgeport’s belief the ‘831 contained claims that were not valid.  The Arlington ‘831 patent has been part of the litigation between the two parties.
