In 2011, ClearedJobs.Net invested in retooling its security clearance job board to better serve the security cleared community, and the community continues to respond well to the new site. Site traffic increased 80% in 2011 vs. 2010, while new registered security cleared job seekers increased to a monthly average of over 2,800 during the same period.

The new site features many tools that recruiters use frequently such as on-demand folder creation, program statistics, resume preview windows, and applicant tracking statistics. These new features were implemented based on recruiter feedback of the key tools needed to be more organized and efficient in their recruiting of security cleared talent.

While many companies rely on automated responses to customer inquiries, ClearedJobs.Net has a live customer service team that responds to both job seekers and recruiter inquiries. Recruiting teams are under enormous pressure to show the ROI for their recruiting tools investments.
