Colliers International | Oklahoma Brokers Land Sale to Church

Dec. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Tenth Street Seventh-Day Adventist Church purchased a 6.15 acre parcel of land at NW 23rd and Ray Avenue for $245,000. CWAS, LLC was the seller.

Wade Duncan, Land Specialist for Colliers International represented both sides in the transaction. Oklahoma City Abstract and Title handled the closing.

The church purchased the land with intentions of future relocation and expansion. They plan to include a playground and an event gathering area.

“Both parties were in agreement from the first meeting,” Duncan said. “This entire transaction process was a pleasure. I look forward to working with Pastor Brooks and the Church again, as they have asked me to list and sell their current building and adjacent lots.”
