The CMP90 webcast series is based on Catalyst's unique research into 250 capital markets projects, which exposed the practical ‘levers’ that really make the difference between success and failure.

This webcast describes the six key ‘habits’ that the most successful governance groups (including steering committees, sponsors and accountable executives) have in common, looking at the role of active governance in achieving business outcomes and the combination of hard and soft skills necessary to drive programme success.

The six habits are:
