Maynard, MA Single-family Home Prices, Sales Decline November 2011

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 11, 2012 - The median price and sales of single-family homes in Maynard, Massachusetts decreased in November 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

Single-family homes prices fell 19.6 percent in November 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $63,250.  Single-family home sales in Maynard, MA fell 14.3 percent in November 2011, a difference of only one sale compared to November 2010.  

In November 2011, the median price of condominiums decreased 36.4 percent, or $111,000 compared to November 2010.  Condo sales rose 200 percent in November 2011, a difference of two sales.
