Colliers International Brokers Take Top Honors at 2011 SIOR Awards

Dec. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Colliers International agents received awards in five different categories at the 2011 Northern California Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Holiday Luncheon and Annual Awards Ceremony in San Francisco, CA.

Colliers International winners included:

Top Flex/R&D Sale Award:  Don Reimann of Colliers San Jose, for a 1,070,652-square-foot sale in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

Top Flex/R&D Lease Award:  Terry Bell and Joe Elliott of Colliers San Jose, for a long-term, 99,880-square-foot lease in Mountain View, CA.

Top Office Sale Award:  Ron Thomas, Bruce Hohenhaus, and Kevin Partington of Colliers Sacramento, for a 270,000-square-foot sale in Folsom, CA.

Top Office Lease Award:  Jeffry Nochimson of Colliers San Jose, for a long-term, 340,913-square-foot lease in Mountain View, CA.

Most Number of Transactions Award:  Mike Rosendin of Colliers San Jose, winner with 122 transactions.

Colliers International currently retains more brokerage professionals that have achieved SIOR certification than any other commercial real estate firm in Northern California. The firm currently has 38 brokers with this designation in the region.
